Registration
TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD AT HUSD, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE SCHOOL WITH:
-Proof of Residency
-Proof of Age (Birth Certificate, typically)
-Immunization Records
-Last Report Card
-Proof of Age (Birth Certificate, typically)
-Immunization Records
-Last Report Card
For Special Education Students: Current IEP
In addition to the above requirements, all students/parents will be required to accurately complete a paperwork packet prior to attending school. Registration packets can be picked up at the front office of any of our school sites. No student will be permitted to attend until all requirements have been met.
