The Human Resources Department supports the District's mission by recruiting, retaining, and supporting a highly qualified workforce dedicated to student success. We provide guidance and services related to employment, benefits, leaves, labor relations, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.
 

OUR MISSION

The Human Resources Department supports students and schools by:
 
  • Recruiting and retaining a workforce of certificated, classified and administrative staff who are extremely qualified and who put students first
  • Promoting a professional, respectful, and inclusive workplace
  • Supporting employee growth and development
  • Ensuring compliance with California Education Code, Board policies and administrative regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and employment law
