DELAC
The District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC) encourages the voice of non-English speaking parents, a key factor in students’ academic success. We encourage all parents of English Learners to be active in the English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) at their respective schools sites. The DELAC advises the District on goals and objectives, including the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and provides opportunities throughout the school year for parent involvement. All HUSD parents and personnel are welcome to attend the meetings.
