We are proud to announce the addition of two new administrators beginning July 1, 2010.

Chris Vanden Heuvel will take the helm at Healdsburg High School. Mr. Vanden Heuvel was selected from a strong candidate pool following a national search for an outstanding educator to lead our flagship school. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he is an experienced administrator (high school vice principal and K-8 principal) and has extensive experience working with students in grades seven through twelve as a History, English and Health teacher. He brings a wealth of knowledge in curriculum and instruction, school culture, school finance and facilities and is fluent in Spanish.

Stephanie Feith will step into the role of Principal of Healdsburg Elementary School after serving for fourteen years as a distinguished elementary teacher in the district. Ms. Feith has taught various grades from kindergarten through sixth. In addition, she has served on the site leadership team and with other key stakeholder groups. She is a strong instructional leader and brings exceptional skills in the areas of learning to read and write and mathematics.
