Business Services

The Business Services Department handles the payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, attendance accounting, budget development and monitoring, developer fee collection, insurance and risk management, and other business-related activities for the District.

Facilities & Maintenance

The Maintenance & Operations Department is responsible for the supervision of the maintenance of all school facilities, performing many repairs and much of the maintenance themselves, and working with local companies for more extensive repairs and maintenance. The District partners with the City of Healdsburg for the upkeep of the school grounds.

Technology

The Technology Department supports the District´s 700 computers along with all of the network equipment and servers used throughout the District. The District partners with the Sonoma County Office of Education for web content filtering (following Child Internet Protection Act requirements) and e-mail spam filtering.
