Issue 66 Many Events Planned During the Last Few Weeks of School The Healdsburg schools have scheduled many events during the final weeks of school to mark the end of another school year. Be sure to note these in your calendar. May 20 School Board meeting, 7:00 pm, City Hall May 20-26 Public Schools week May 27 Minimum Day May 28 Local Holiday, FFA Fair May 31 Memorial Day holiday June 11 Last day of school And the individual schools all have their own events as well: Healdsburg High School May 20 Foreign Language Film Night, Raven Film Center, 7 PM May 21 Junior/Senior Prom "Polynesian Paradise", Villa Chanticleer June 4 End of Year Dance, Senior Court June 11 HHS Graduation Ceremony, Rec Park, 7 PM June 11 Graduation Celebration Bay Cruise, 10 PM to 4 AM Healdsburg Junior High May 24 Eighth Grade Field Trip to Marine World June 10 HJH Graduation June 10 8-11pm Promotion Dance June 12 Eighth Grade Trip to Washington, DC Foss Creek School May 20 Open House June 11 6th Grade Promotion 9:30 am Healdsburg Elementary School May 27 Talent Show June 4 Flag Day June 11 6th Grade Promotion 9:30 am Fitch Mountain School May 25 FMS Open House 6:30 June 2 FMS Big Bang Party -5:00-7:30 June 10 Flag Day Assembly And finally some very important August dates: Aug. 10 Registration at Healdsburg High Aug. 17 Registration at Healdsburg Junior High Aug. 23 First day of school at all Healdsburg schools
